Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise intake and orchestration lead for AI initiatives, ensuring investments align with corporate strategy, value realization, and responsible AI principles.
• Lead a portfolio of high-impact data, analytics, and AI programs, providing program governance, delivery oversight, and executive-level reporting.
• Enable enterprise data and AI transformation by collaborating with business, technology, and data management teams to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation.
• Manage program and project budgets, ensuring efficient use of financial resources and delivery within allocated budgets.
• Identify potential project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation plans to address them proactively.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication across departments to achieve project objectives.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, changes, and issues, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Track project milestones and assess performance to ensure objectives are met and expected outcomes are delivered.
• Ensure project teams have the necessary resources, including personnel, technology, and tools, for timely and efficient execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, communication plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Establish robust program governance to ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IT program delivery by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.
