Qualifications

• Experience managing data platform or BI dashboard programs.
• Proficient with Agile and Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups.
• Strong communication with executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development, execution, and delivery of the leadership dashboard roadmap across cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead daily stand-ups to track progress, surface blockers, and align priorities.
• Manage the product backlog including bugs, feature requests, and enhancements.
• Coordinate weekly status updates to leadership with accurate data context.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, data science, data engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Own the change control process with sign-off from business leads.
• Track risks, dependencies, and escalations that could affect delivery or data quality.
• Maintain a regular communications cadence with stakeholders and data owners.
