AnaVation, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our mission in Reston, VA. This on-site role focuses on engaging with government clients and leading a team of managers to deliver continuous cybersecurity monitoring and threat analysis.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in management or government-facing leadership, with a TS/CI polygraph clearance and PMP certification. Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership trajectory and program oversight.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret SCI, Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Certifications: PMP certification.
• Location: 100% on-site position in Reston, VA.
• Experience: 10–12 years in management, project management, or customer-facing leadership roles in support of IC/DoD.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct engagement and support to multiple government clients.
• Oversee a team of managers and day-to-day activities supporting 24x7x365 cybersecurity monitoring and threat analysis operations.
• Support technical leads, recruiting, staff retention, and monthly contract and financial status reports.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedule, manage risk, and inform leadership with risk-informed recommendations.
• Prepare customer briefings and meetings from daily operational briefings to strategic presentations.
