Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a Program Manager to drive program management delivery across multiple programs and locations. You will oversee tasks, milestones, and schedules within PWS and collaborate with Government Leads to ensure timely milestones.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a BA/BS in CS, PMP certification, and 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management. Bethesda, MD and NCR locations are involved.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Location: Bethesda, MD (50%), NCR (50%).
• 8+ years related professional experience.
• 3+ years in management.
• 5+ years applying PMP core principles: schedule management, integration management, quality management, communication management, risk management, procurement management, total cost of ownership management.

Responsibilities

• Drive program management delivery across multiple programs and locations.
• Create and maintain detailed work plans with tasks, milestones, dependencies, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Government Leads to align on objectives and milestones.
• Support Information Assurance, Configuration Management, Cybersecurity tasks as applicable to the programs.
