Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support our customer in Reston, VA. The role focuses on program execution, personnel management, and day-to-day activities for cybersecurity operations across multiple agencies. The position requires Top Secret SCI clearance and CI Polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities include leading or supporting technical leads, recruitment, reporting, and delivering on the Integrated Master Schedule. Strong leadership and DoD IC background are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years experience in management, project management, or customer-facing leadership roles in support of IC/DoD.
• Experience briefing to senior Government Leadership.
• Experience as an employee supervisor, including recruiting, performance reviews, retention, and career path/promotions.
• Experience with Government contract financial reporting (customer and contractor internal).
• Experience for concurrent project delivery, performance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Program Manager in executing duties with managing personnel and day-to-day activities for multi-agency 24x7 cybersecurity operations.
• Support technical team leads, recruiting, staff retention, monthly contract and financial status reports, and deliverable document schedule and quality.
• Lead or support innovation projects defined through Innovation Reports and contribute to Roadmap.
• Manage risk, schedule, and backlog to support an Integrated Master Schedule and inform leadership on risk-informed recommendations.
• Prepare customer briefings and meetings from daily operations to strategic presentations.
