Job summary

Advanced Giga Inc. in McAllen, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own modular infrastructure programs for hyperscale clients.

You will manage the full program from procurement through commissioning, coordinating across engineering, fabrication partners, equipment vendors, and client stakeholders to meet aggressive timelines. You will lead multi-site fabrication, manage long-lead procurement and FAT, and oversee on-site commissioning windows, serving as the primary client contact and

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project/program management experience in industrial fabrication or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading programs valued at $25M+ from award through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Own the master program schedule across procurement, fabrication, testing, delivery, and commissioning.
• Place and Expedite long-lead purchases for equipment and schedule coordination across modules.
• Maintain on-site presence at fabrication shop to monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate FAT for each module prior to shipment and ensure validation.
• Lead compressed commissioning windows with a dedicated team on-site.
• Serve as primary client contact for program management and reporting.
