Job summary

Leidos' Digital Sector is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Cross Domain Enterprise Service (CDES) Engineering & Program Management Support program for DISA, primarily at Fort Meade, MD with up to 25% telework.

You will manage execution, financial performance, risk, staffing, and customer relationships while coordinating with government leadership and Leidos teams to deliver secure enterprise information-sharing capabilities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant experience (Master's with 6+ may substitute).
• 4+ years supervising technical teams or programs.
• Experience as Program Manager or equivalent with full lifecycle delivery.
• Experience managing complex technical implementations with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Leidos Program Manager and primary customer interface, establishing trusted relationships with DISA leadership and mission stakeholders.
• Maintain responsibility for program execution, financial performance, schedule, staffing, technical delivery, quality, and risk management.
• Provide hands-on leadership to ensure priorities, dependencies, risks, and customer expectations are understood and addressed.
