Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Cross Domain Enterprise Service (CDES) program for the DISA. The role is primarily based at Fort Meade, MD, with up to ~25% telework, and involves close customer interaction, multi‑discipline teams, and accountable program execution.

The candidate will manage scope, schedule, cost, and performance, working with government and Leidos leadership to deliver secure, integrated information sharing capabilities for DoD mission partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience supervising or leading technical teams, programs, or projects.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle development, implementation, integration, deployment, and sustainment of technology solutions.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Program Manager and primary customer interface with DISA leadership and Leidos leadership.
• Maintain responsibility for program execution, financial performance, schedule, staffing, and risk management.
• Provide hands‑on leadership to ensure priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes are understood.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across program management, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and operations.
