Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven program management experience across large-scale initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycle from initiation to close.
• Proven ability to communicate with executive management and influence decisions.
• Experience managing programs with multi-million dollar scopes and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and execution across multiple related projects impacting three or more business functions.
• Drive stakeholder and executive communication, regularly presenting initiative status to senior leadership.
• Manage risk, governance, and dependency coordination across constituent projects to ensure program success.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including work breakdown structures, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor and control cost, schedule, and technical performance to identify variances.
• Facilitate customer acceptance by managing changes to scope and schedule using defined processes.
• Build and lead high-performing project teams through mentoring and motivation.
• Implement approved risk mitigation actions to address program constraints and maintain momentum.
• Coordinate resource sharing among projects to optimize overall program benefit.
• Maintain internal control standards and ensure adherence to risk and regulatory policies.
