Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead their Homeless Services portfolio within the Housing and Essential Needs Division. This role involves ensuring effective service delivery, compliance, and managing a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in social services.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory and management experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for HEN programming.
• Supervise staff and maintain community relationships.
• Oversee program compliance and fiscal management.

Skills

Strong understanding of challenges faced by the homeless

Trauma-informed care

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in office and database software

Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field

Master’s degree in Social Work or closely related field
