Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading large or complex projects with multiple workstreams from initiation to completion (7–10 years).
Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred and PMI credential strongly expected.
Experience with QMS and continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

Leads projects and working teams to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
Owns timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables; balances big-picture with details.
Establishes program governance, manages sponsors and stakeholders, and communicates regularly.
Coaches staff in project management tools and QMS principles; supports organizational learning.
