Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Project Specialist to provide day-to-day project management oversight for small to medium-sized client-facing projects.

You will coordinate multiple projects, write business and functional requirements, and work with IT and business teams to ensure project success. The role requires hands-on project management, testing, and implementation tasks, with responsibility for meeting timelines and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in a professional environment; 1+ years in project management or customer implementation preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills with both technical and non-technical information
• Detail‑oriented, capable of balancing customer satisfaction with operational discipline, and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Methodical, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities as a self-starter
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills; intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency expected
• Proven ability to work well with users at all levels, both internal and client community
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
