Job summary

Responsibilities include initiating and planning projects, managing risks/changes, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with vendors to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, health care, management, or related field with five years PM experience.
• OR Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration with three years PM experience.
• PMP or equivalent PM certification required and maintained.
• Healthcare experience and management experience with team leadership.
• Experience delivering presentations to senior management.
• Experience managing vendor contracts and PMO experience.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel.
• Experience across all phases of project management, with a focus on healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project assignments for cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
• Plan, execute, and close projects and initiatives with budget, scope, and timeline accountability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and manage issues, changes, and risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
• Provide status reporting and executive summaries; mentor team members.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, health care, management, or related business field

Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or a related field

PMP or equivalent certification

Healthcare experience

Management experience and leading a team

Experience delivering presentations to senior management

Vendor contracts and relationships management

PMO experience
