Shoreline CPM Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager in San Diego to lead multi-project delivery from planning through completion, ensuring objectives are met with high-quality execution.

You will serve as the primary client contact, align program priorities with project teams, and manage budgets, schedules, and risks while maintaining Shoreline's standards and safety programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of construction project management experience, including 3+ years leading multiple projects or teams.
• Proven track record as an owner's representative delivering complex programs.

• Build trusted relationships with client program leads and stakeholders.
• Translate client goals into actionable direction for project teams.
• Establish program governance and manage stakeholders and users across the program.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and schedules in detail.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate program risks across projects.
• Oversee design coordination, permitting, and compliance across the program.
