Job summary

Shoreline CPM Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in construction PM, deep knowledge of cost controls, approvals, and permitting, and strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with key PM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, design management, cost controls, and permitting processes.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating pay applications, change orders, and project budgets.
• Proficiency with Procore, Trimble, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Represent the Owner with AHJs, designers, contractors, consultants, and inspectors.
• Provide regular reporting on schedule, cost, risks, and key decisions to client leadership.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; coordinate corrective actions.
