Job summary

Paychex seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead ongoing business programs, plan initiatives, and deliver accurate reporting metrics. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Paychex and Paycor to improve productivity and control costs, while enhancing client outcomes.

You will build a program-focused culture, implement a robust metrics system, and manage stakeholders across initiatives from planning through execution to sustain revenue growth and performance.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
• Project management experience or certifications a plus.
• Strong group facilitation skills with multiple initiatives experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs with partners to improve productivity and reduce expenses.
• Coordinate post-event analyses to capture success and opportunities.
• Develop procedures and build culture around the program with metrics.
• Maintain revenue growth and expense control within the area.
