Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking a Sr Specialist, Program Management to oversee ground-to-space EW sustainment programs within the Combat Mission Systems Support portfolio. You will lead schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with contract terms and security requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with PM experience (or a Graduate Degree with fewer years) and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years PM experience; advanced degrees reduce experience needs.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Experience with DoD customers and contract types is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project stability throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as primary point of contact for internal teams, government agencies, and stakeholders;
• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor performance against cost, schedule, and scope.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve mission success.
