Job summary

Harris Geospatial Solutions seeks a Sr. Specialist in Program Management based in Clifton, NJ. The role involves leading multiple Electronic Warfare production programs, ensuring performance across cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will need a DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s Degree with extensive experience in program management and Earned Value Management. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential, supported by a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• 7 years EVM experience, including performance measurement and variance analysis.
• 7 years experience in program management within defense or aerospace.
• 7 years managing large, complex, high-visibility programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of Electronic Warfare programs ensuring successful execution.
• Maintain proficiency in Earned Value Management and performance metrics.
• Serve as primary customer representative for assigned programs.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other departments.
• Prepare and deliver internal and external program reviews.
