Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Colorado Springs seeks a Deputy Program Manager to oversee ground-to-space EW sustainment programs within the Combat Mission Systems Support portfolio. You will define scope, schedules, and budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to meet mission objectives.

Required: Bachelor’s with 6 years PM experience or Graduate Degree with 4 years, or 10 years related work in lieu of degree; active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior project management experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience.
• Active US TS / SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project stability throughout its lifecycle.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, government agencies, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor project performance and ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and scope objectives.
