Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead critical workstreams across selection analysis, banner assortment strategy, and governance for the Worldwide Grocery Stores portfolio in Seattle.

You will translate merchandising problems into structured programs, own end-to-end delivery, and drive measurable improvements using dashboards and shared metrics. The role requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate with ambiguity in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience with selection strategy, category management, or space planning.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Microsoft Access or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute location and format-driven selection strategies using benchmarking, capacity inputs, sales analysis, and market data.
• Drive automation and leverage AI tools to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
