Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. PM to own location-specific selection frameworks, partnering with Category, Product, Tech, and BI teams to deliver optimized banners across the US market.

The role combines strategic thinking with analytical rigor to improve automation, standardize selection logic, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer focus. Remote options are limited; Austin-based work is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience in process improvement, business analysis, or program management.
• Experience with selection strategy, category management, or space planning.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Microsoft Access or SQL.
• Proven track record designing and implementing process automation solutions using AI/ML tools to drive operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistency in how assortment decisions are made across banners and regions, owning work with tech partners to ensure methodology is uniform and anchored to metrics.
• Enable automation and efficiency by partnering with tech teams to develop shared tooling and selection models that reduce manual work across orgs, using AI where possible.
• Maintain customer obsession through standardized, mission-based selection logic localized to demand and regional preferences.
• Create SOPs and mechanisms to track, manage, and optimize regional-specific selection.
• Partner with Category, Product, Tech, and BI teams to implement and enhance selection strategy tools.
• Track, optimize, and report to senior leadership on selection workflow improvements and automation.
