• Track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs with impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent assortment decisions across banners and regions with partners.
• Develop shared tooling and models to automate work across orgs, leveraging AI where possible.
• Maintain mission-based selection logic localized to demand and regional needs.
• Create SOPs to track and optimize regional selection.
• Collaborate with Category, Product, Tech, and BI teams on tools and enhancements.
• Monitor and report workflow improvements to senior leadership.
