Emerald Isle, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Department of Foreign Affairs Security Training Center Program Manager in Blackstone, Virginia to lead management, QA, and overall program performance. Requirements include U.S.

citizenship, FASTC experience, a Bachelor's in business, management, or security, 15+ years of leadership, 15+ years managing large government programs, 5+ years as a Program Manager, and SECRET with potential TS clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Experience working with FASTC - Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC)
• Bachelor's degree in a business, management, or security related field.
• Must have 30 years of professional experience
• Must have at least 15 years of experience managing large government programs.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience as a Program Manager as a Contractor responsible for meeting contract requirements.
• Must have at least 15 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability managing contracts in excess of $30 million annually and a workforce of over 250+ personnel.
• Experience with Department of State policies and procedures.
• Experience with the function, policies, and procedures associated with security operations of us embassies and consulates abroad.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government programs.
• Experience as an instructor or manager of adult education programs for security professionals.
• SECRET clearance and ability to potentially obtain TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, direction, administration, QA, and leadership.
• Responsible for quality and efficiency, to include both technical issues and business processes.
• Organizational authority to execute the requirements.
• Oversee assignment of tasks to personnel, provide high-level supervision of ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources.
• Authority to commit the company and make decisions for the company in response to Government issues, concerns, and problems.
• Readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues.
