Qualifications

• SECRET clearance with potential to obtain TOP SECRET (TS).
• 30 years of professional experience.
• 15+ years experience managing large government programs.
• 5+ years experience as a Program Manager as a Contractor.
• 15+ years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience with Department of State policies and procedures.
• Experience with security operations of US embassies and consulates abroad.
• Ability to plan, evaluate, analyze, and implement government programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, direction, administration, QA, and leadership.
• Responsible for quality and efficiency, including technical issues and business processes.
• Organizational authority to execute requirements.
• Oversee assignment of tasks to personnel and high-level supervision of ongoing technical efforts.
• Manage overall performance for optimal use of resources.
• Authority to commit the company and make decisions for government issues and problems.
