Job summary

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, in Washington, D.C., seeks a Program Manager to lead high-visibility government projects, oversee staff, and serve as the single POC for the KO and COR.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program/project management, a MA/MS in business management or related field, US citizenship, and a Secret clearance; PMP is preferred. Salary: $115,000–$140,000 annually, full-time within the National Capital Region.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• MA/MS degree in business management or other relevant field; BA/BS may be considered with additional experience.
• PMP certification desired.

• 10+ years' Program/Project management experience to include experience with: National Guard Bureau, Joint Assessment System (JTS) Integration, conducting Training Workshops; Joint/Annual Teaming Plan (J/ATP) Process; Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) support; JTS and Joint Training Management System (JTIMS)
• Must have a Secret security clearance. Position is located in the National capital region.
