Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior Program Manager to provide leadership, strategic direction, and performance oversight for a large government program in Chantilly, VA. Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience leading large government programs.
• Experience with IC and/or DoD programs.
• Proven ability to manage multi-partner or subcontractor teams.
• Hands-on CPAF contracts experience and EVM awareness.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of government contracting, acquisition, and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for program performance.
• Develop governance frameworks and performance management processes.
• Lead Agile delivery, transition planning, and risk management.
• Interface with senior Government stakeholders and provide executive briefings.
• Oversee contract performance, financial oversight, and EVM practices.
• Coordinate across multiple subcontractors and technical organizations.
