Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12 years of supervisory or management experience in government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of government contract compliance and staffing requirements.
• Experience delivering formal contract deliverables and performance analyses.
• Experience handling SF 86 processes and security briefing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; liaising with government clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contractor liaison to Government and COR/ACORs; manage client relationships.
• Directly supervise contractor personnel ensuring high-quality performance.
• Oversee staffing obligations and personnel security processes for compliance.
• Provide training and development to maintain knowledgeable, compliant workforce.
• Prepare and deliver activity reports and performance analyses.
• Drive resolution of issues to ensure smooth contract operations.
