Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Houston to oversee complex government services contracts, ensuring operational efficiency, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strategic leadership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical outcomes.

You will engage with clients and stakeholders, drive program performance, and align objectives with contractual and regulatory requirements in a dynamic defense contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution to ensure contract requirements and performance objectives.
• Manage both unionized and non-unionized workforces where applicable.
• Provide financial oversight and ensure responsible stewardship of program resources.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and be the primary interface with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple functional areas (e.g., Program/Site Management, Logistics, Safety, Administrative Services).
