Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN and Austin, TX seeks a Senior Program Manager to shape workforce planning and optimization across global field teams within Global Workforce Management. Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Business writing skills, experience with MBRs, QBRs, one pagers and all Amazon Business writing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of cross organization initiatives and roadmaps.
• Drive efficiency in processes and align with organizational goals.
