Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. This role shapes and executes large-scale programs across our service towers - Finance, HR and Procurement - in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment, with hybrid work based in Glen Allen, VA or Dallas, TX.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field plus at least 8 years of progressive project management experience
• Proven track record of delivering complex, global, multi-functional projects on time and within budget
• Strong ability to work in a matrixed, global organization with cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within the GBS portfolio
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations across regions and functions
• Drive governance frameworks, performance tracking, and ensure transparency and accountability
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery at a regional level
