Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Technical Support Transformation to lead global design model deployments and transform technical support operations. You will report to the Sr.

Director for Technical Support and L&E and operate from the Atlanta, GA site on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, standardize processes, and enable scalable service delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing technical support transformation or service operations.
• 6+ years of experience in program management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to lead global deployments and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with customer experience improvement initiatives and technical support operations.
• Familiarity with project management software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical support transformation programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to meet strategic business objectives.
• Develop and implement global design model deployment strategies that standardize processes and improve operational efficiency across multiple regions.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as IT, customer service, engineering, and product management to ensure alignment and integration of transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and implementing best practices to enhance customer experience and technical support capabilities.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and risks.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure program effectiveness and guide decision‑making processes.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies within the technical support organization.
• Coach and mentor program team members to build capabilities and foster a high‑performance culture.
