Job summary

Amazon in Austin, Texas is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Manage Capital GOES-T program. You will orchestrate planning, milestones, and adoption campaigns across Finance, Real Estate, and Engineering Services to optimize capital investments.

You will coordinate stakeholders, run governance reviews, and provide executive visibility into AUM progress and risk. Strong Excel and SQL skills, plus cross-functional collaboration, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the program from planning through execution.
• Drive adoption and onboarding campaigns for 1000+ internal users.
• Program-manage onboarding of billions of dollars of capital onto Capital Systems.
• Establish operating mechanisms to provide leadership visibility into progress.
• Partner with Finance, Capital Planning, Real Estate, Procurement, and Capital Systems teams.
• Make trade-offs to optimize timelines and communicate goals clearly.
• Use data and metrics to measure success and create executive-level reporting.
