Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to own New Product Introductions (NPI) and supplier management for high-value robotic platforms. You will drive cross‑functional programs, lead supplier selection, and negotiate strategic contracts to enable cost, capacity, and risk goals.

Significant experience in regulated manufacturing, strong negotiation and financial skills, and a track record of leading complex supplier programs are required.

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with NPI.
• Proven ability to negotiate long-term contracts and achieve savings.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven project management in fast-paced manufacturing.
