Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a senior supply chain leader to own readiness, launch, and scale of new robotic systems. You will drive NPI programs, manage supplier selection, and advance cost, capacity, and risk goals across global supply chains.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic supplier roadmaps, and proactive risk management to enable high-value product introductions and rapid scaling.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with new product introduction (NPI) in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of savings and favorable contracts.
• Strong experience with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint; ERP systems proficiency.
• Proven project management in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Financial acumen with ability to build and interpret financial models.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, master scheduling, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional leadership for high-complexity NPIs and program updates.
• Create and manage roadmaps to meet cost, capacity, speed to market, and risk goals.
• Lead category teams and supplier selection with strategic sourcing.
• Develop long-term supplier strategies and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Manage supplier performance, risk, and capacity across programs.
• Escalate issues with supplier leadership and drive resolution on site.
