The role focuses on accelerating speed-to-market while ensuring cost performance and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in supply chain or procurement within a regulated industry, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of successful product introductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement or strategic sourcing within manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Experience supporting product launches or NPIs.
• Strong supplier negotiation, development and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Products Supply Chain team, provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Design and implement supply chain strategies for new product introductions.
• Coordinate with Product Development Engineering, Supplier Engineering and Manufacturing for launches.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for new products and address issues to meet targets.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation for supplier selection, inventory and logistics.
