Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Global Engineering Strategy to drive program execution across the GES organization and scale design processes for new data centers worldwide.

You will own governance, KPI tracking, leadership reviews, and coordinate across regional teams to ensure timely deployment of DC design transitions while maintaining high efficiency and cost optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience managing cross-functional programs across geographies.
Experience with program governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

Own the GES program cadence: MBRs, quarterly reviews, goal tracking, and leadership reporting.
Drive programmatic oversight and reporting of design intercepts and new template deployment.
Maintain the single source of truth for design project delivery status across all regions.
Develop and maintain tooling and databases for design attribute tracking.
Facilitate execution of design project strategy approvals and changes.
Maintain current design strategy pipeline and report KPIs like design efficiency, schedule, and resource use.
Coordinate across regional leads to ensure process alignment and timelines.
Prepare materials for leadership reviews with senior leadership.
Maintain the GES Runbook and formalize processes as the team scales.
