Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Global Engineering Strategy to drive cross-functional program delivery across AWS data-center design and deployment. The role partners with regional teams to ensure alignment on governance, cadence, and strategic design decisions, while delivering reliable infrastructure and cost efficiency at scale.

The candidate will own reporting, KPIs, and runbooks, and will collaborate with engineering, real estate, and procurement to advance GES

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across multiple geographies.
• Experience with program governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Professional Engineering or Architectural License (preferred).
• Experience in construction of data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction), mission critical facilities, or equivalent industrial/manufacturing facility builds.
• Experience designing and implementing custom reporting systems using automation tools.
• Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the GES program cadence: MBRs, quarterly reviews, goal tracking, and leadership reporting.
• Oversee design intercepts and template deployment reporting.
• Keep single source of truth for design delivery status across regions.
• Build and maintain tooling for design attribute tracking.
• Facilitate design strategy approvals and changes.
• Maintain design pipeline and report KPIs (efficiency, schedule, resources).
