GTT is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex customer solutions across global networking and managed services. You will own projects from pre-sales through to handover, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring governance and budget controls.

This role offers visibility and learning within a collaborative, client‑focused environment, with opportunities to influence delivery practices and drive continuous improvement across project management.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification or significant professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in ISP Managed Services or ICT.
• Experience managing budgets up to $5M+
• Experience leading large, complex customer programmes involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong governance, risk management, change control, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and structured project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Telecommunications or complex B2B services environments.
• Experience with SD-WAN and Security solutions.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects valued up to and above $5M across a range of technology and managed service solutions.
• Typically manage up to three concurrent projects, depending on size and complexity.
• Own projects throughout the full lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement through to operational handover.
• Establish and lead Project Boards and virtual project teams, including the management of other Project Managers where required.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate regular internal and customer project meetings, including weekly status reviews.
• Produce and maintain project status reports and governance documentation.
• Develop and maintain Project Initiation Documents, including project scope and customer critical success factors.
• Monitor project progress using project tracking tools, Microsoft Project, and established project management methodologies.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure adherence to change control procedures and project governance requirements.
• Produce customer-specific documentation where required.
• Track and report project effort against contracted services.
• Support quality assurance activities and governance reviews throughout project delivery.
• Manage project escalations and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Support product launches and knowledge sharing across the Project Management team.
• Mentor and support junior members of the Project Management function.
• Partner with Bid Management teams to support large and complex customer opportunities.
