Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Pleasant Prairie (Kenosha, WI) seeks a Program Manager to oversee multiple projects, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure needs are met. The PM will guide cross-functional teams, manage contracts, pricing, and program strategies, drive on-time delivery, maintain price book, and coordinate with finance and BD to maximize value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management.
Experience transitioning designs to medium/high-volume production in manufacturing.
Strong communication and analytical skills; English proficiency.
Know-how in price management, AR, PPV, and contract adherence.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple projects at the site, ensuring contractual compliance.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet program and customer goals.
Manage customer relationships, delivery, and revenue achievement.
Coordinate with finance, BD, and operations on quotes, pricing and forecasts.
Maintain price books in Oracle and communicate program status to stakeholders.
