Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 2–4 years of direct experience in Program Management, Field Application Engineering, or Product Development.
• Experience with electro-mechanical solutions and designs.
• Understanding of the product development process from concept design to mass production.
• Experience transferring complex products to manufacturing.
• Experience using standard PM tools and documentation.
• Experience in backplanes, chassis, subsystems; OpenVPX knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer focused and problem solver.
• Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, tracking, and delivery per customer contracts.
• Define project scope with customer, sales, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Prepare and submit project status reports and time management records.
• Enforce good project management practices across cross-functional teams.
• Drive timely issue resolution and ECO implementations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to avoid escalations.
• Lead meetings with internal and external teams.
