Job summary

Sanmina in San Jose is looking for a Program Manager responsible for all aspects of customer management, including order and revenue management. You will oversee program-related decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient production.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and 2+ years of experience in the electro-mechanical industry, bringing strong communication skills and the ability to work with global teams.

Qualifications

• Must have transitioned multiple designs into medium and high-volume production in manufacturing.
• At least 2+ years of experience in the electronics or electro-mechanical industry.
• Experience in system level product development, electrical or mechanical product design, or NPI engineering.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer management and satisfaction.
• Coordinate workflow between front end (SMT) and back end (MA and test).
• Provide timely and accurate daily build status reporting.
• Manage activities of cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
