Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts (FAR/DFARS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management activities at the Fremont site to meet customer contracts.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Prepare and review progress reports and contract-related documentation.
• Ensure timely ECO implementation and issue resolution.
