The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for high-impact projects, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction PM, Civil Eng, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex projects.
• PMP certification required; PMP preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficient in modern project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for complex, high-value projects and programs, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with executive leadership to define priorities and manage project portfolios.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams, driving accountability and improvement.
• Foster effective communication across departments, clients, and partners.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and deliver executive-level progress reports.
• Drive process improvements and standardize tools and methodologies.
