Form Health, a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering physician-led, evidence-based care, seeks a Senior Program Manager, Product to help shape how the Product organization plans, builds, ships, and learns.

In this builder's role, you will connect Product, Engineering, Clinical, and go-to-market teams, own execution roadmaps for cross-functional initiatives, and drive timely, high-quality delivery while advancing AI-forward workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, product operations, or a related discipline in a fast-paced software or digital health environment.
• A demonstrated track record of operating highly independently and building processes from scratch.
• Fluency with modern product development tools and AI-forward workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Operations roadmap: Independently define the vision, priorities, and success metrics for how the Product org plans, builds, ships, and learns.
