Insight Global is seeking a contract Senior Technology Program Manager for a Fortune 50 retailer's Finance Modernization initiative. You will lead an executive-sponsored program spanning Finance, Technology, Product, Data and AI, guiding teams and a major consulting partner from proof of concept to production.

The role requires strong FP&A knowledge, technical delivery experience and credible communication with executives.

Formación

• 8+ years in program or project management, including senior program lead experience
• Experience with AI, ML or advanced analytics programs
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, data/analytics transformations
• Strong financial acumen and credibility with Finance leaders
• Background in software development or SaaS implementations
• Experience with large consulting partners and matrixed delivery teams
• Proven vendor accountability and complex implementation delivery
• Strong executive communication and program tracking discipline
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods
• Experience with Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar platforms
• BI/dashboard tooling experience (Power BI, Tableau)
• Proof of concept to production transition experience
• PM/PgMP/SAFe or similar certification

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the integrated program plan with milestones, dependencies, risks and critical path
• Create program-level milestone plans from underlying project plans
• Coordinate across Finance, Technology, Product, Data, AI and consulting partners
• Lead governance forums and executive RAID visibility for leadership
• Set up RACI and decision rights across multiple domains
• Lead KPI definition, data validation, UAT and business sign-off
• Support business readiness through stakeholder engagement and change management
• Guide the move from proof of concept to production
