Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large cross-functional initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Coordinate with sponsors, Finance and Accounting and IT to align priorities.
• Define governance, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
• Provide senior leaders with progress updates, risks, and trade-offs.
