Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, experiential marketing, event production, field marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and comfortable with learning new consumer technologies.
• Experience using productivity tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run demo activations in the field from start to finish across tentpole events, priority industries, and partner moments.
• Design and deliver creative activations at every scale, from large event footprints to 1:1 meetings.
• Deliver executive narratives and live product demos to C-level leaders and influential figures.
• Support senior executives during high-visibility partner engagements.
• Train cross-functional colleagues on smart technology onboarding to ensure smooth seeding experience.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Marketing, Policy, Communications, and Security to secure resources and logistics.
• Own on-site readiness, including staffing, inventory, device setup, run-of-show, backup plans, and post-event follow-up.
