Orangepeople seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, non-IT initiatives from planning to delivery. You will coordinate people, priorities, and timelines across engineering, R&D, finance systems, and product launches to turn big-picture goals into successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include running field demo activations, designing scalable activations with wearables, VR, and AI, and delivering executive narratives to top leaders and talent.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in partnerships, experiential marketing, event production, field marketing, or related fields.
• Experience leading live activations end-to-end, including on-site ownership under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
• Proven ability to influence and execute with cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous, highly matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting and demoing to senior executives, high-profile talent, or major officials.

Responsabilidades

• Run demo activations in the field from start to finish across events and partner moments.
• Design and deliver activations reflecting strategy across wearables, VR, AI, and app family.
• Deliver executive narratives and live demos to C-level leaders and talent.
• Support senior executives during high-visibility partner engagements.
• Partner with Strategic Initiatives to test playbooks in live conditions and share results.
• Train cross-functional colleagues on smart glasses onboarding for partners.
