Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within DHS or DoD.
• Minimum 10 years focused on Federal Real Property management (acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management).
• PMP certification is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for a U.S. Government contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engagements or projects within DHS or DoD.
• Coordinate across multiple teams/agencies/contractors; align with strategic goals and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee property acquisition, asset optimization, space planning, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance.
