Archer is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven professional to advance executive actions, portfolio visibility, and operational excellence within a federal setting. Located in the Rosslyn, VA area, this role requires navigating complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely, accountable delivery to senior leadership.

You will develop dashboards, report progress to executives, and promote governance frameworks across programs while supporting high-priority strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, strategic program management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a government security clearance.
• Federal contracting experience preferred.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own the centralized tracking of executive actions and follow-ups to ensure timely completion and visibility.
• Promote consistent use of governance tools and project management frameworks across teams.
• Track and report on projects, programs, milestones, actions, and success metrics; develop dashboards and summaries for executives.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide operational support for high-priority strategic initiatives; coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Step in to support or lead high-impact or urgent projects as needed; triage and manage unexpected issues to maintain momentum.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as a liaison to drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution.
